  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
