I’m Yasmeen, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Health Coach with a deep belief that the body is always communicating — we just need to learn how to listen.
My work focuses on helping women restore energy, rebalance weight, and feel better in their bodies by addressing root causes rather than chasing symptoms.
Through a thoughtful, personalized approach, I guide clients to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and support their health in a way that’s sustainable, realistic, and aligned with real life.
